 ·         October is bullying awareness month.   A bully is someone who repeatedly shows aggressive behavior towards another person.  They are someone who says or does something disrespectful over and over again.
At Westfield, we don’t tolerate this type of behavior.  On Wednesday Oct. 16th wear the color ORANGE to show you won’t allow bullying at our school.  ORANGE is the official color of bullying prevention month.

·         Can you smell them?  They’re back, your favorite smencils like watermelon, cotton candy and root beer.  Smencils will be on sale for $1.00 during lunch time.  HANDS club will be using the profits to help prevent malaria.  Did you know a child dies every minute from malaria?
