Middle School:
Westfield Jazz Ensemble auditions will begin taking place the week of August 26th. Any middle school students who are interested in Jazz Ensemble who study privately on piano, bass, or guitar are strongly encouraged to audition and should see Mr. Dobbeck in the band room for more information.
Cross Country started Monday (8/19), any 7th or 8th grader interested in participating may join. To participate you need to complete the forms in the athletic packet (including physical), once they are completed and turned in you may join us afterschool. You may join anytime over the next two weeks, see Coach Heroldt for
information.
PTO Events:
Announcing the First Annual Back to School Picnic! Hosted by the PTO: Friday August 23rd from 4-6pm at the school outside Door 12. Please join us for food, fun, and friends! There will be a bounce house, games and time to catch up with old and new parents and staff! Also, enter to win an iPad Mini!!!

Picture day is scheduled for August 29th. You may prepay online at www.inter-state.com. Checks are to be
made payable to Inter-state Studios Inc. Order forms will go home with the students this week.
