Middle School:
Cross Country started Monday (8/19), any 7th or 8th grader interested in participating may join.
To participate you need to complete the forms in the athletic packet (including physical), once they are completed and turned in you may join us afterschool. You may join anytime over the next two weeks, see Coach Heroldt for information.
PTO Events:
Please join us for the 1st PTO meeting of the year on Wednesday Aug 21st at 7pm in the
Library. We will have a guest speaker, Gary Chester, the District Safety officer who will be speaking to parents about safety measures our students, staff and parents should follow in case of emergency situations. Gary is back by popular demand from our parents that saw him speak last year!

Announcing the First Annual Back to School Picnic! Hosted by the PTO: Friday August 23rd
from 4-6pm at the school outside Door 12. Please join us for food, fun, and friends! There will be a bounce house, games and time to catch up with old and new parents and staff! Also, enter to win an iPad Mini!!!
Picture Day:
Picture day is scheduled for August 29th. You may prepay online at www.inter-state.com. Checks are to be
made payable to Inter-state Studios Inc. Order forms will go home with the students this week.

Cafeteria:
Menu change: Wednesday 21st will be Corn Dog or Cheeseburger. The cold options (i.e. subs and salads) will stay the same. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
