Middle School:
Cross Country starts today, any 7th or 8th grader interested in participating may join.  To participate you need to complete the forms in the athletic packet, once they are completed and turned in you may join us afterschool. You may join anytime over the next two weeks, see Coach Heroldt for
7th grade girls:  Interested in playing volleyball?  Try outs are from Monday August 19th & Tuesday August 20th after school until 5:45pm.  You must attend both days when trying out for the team.  Have your rides home at door 5.  You must have athletic packet forms filled out and turned in before tryouts on Monday.  Turn in all paperwork to MS office by 2:00pm Monday August 19th.  Any questions see Ms. Kopetsky.
8th grade girls:  Interested in playing volleyball?  Try outs will be Friday August 16th from 3:30 – 5:30pm and Monday August 19th from 7:15 – 8:30am.  You must attend both try out dates with your completed athletic packet and physical.  Any questions see Mrs. Rydz.
PTO Events:
Please join us for the 1st PTO meeting of the year on Wednesday Aug 21st at 7pm in the Library. We will have a guest speaker, Gary Chester, the District Safety officer who will be speaking to parents about safety measures our students, staff and parents should follow in case of emergency situations. Gary is back
by popular demand from our parents that saw him speak last year!
Announcing the First Annual Back to School Picnic! Hosted by the PTO: Friday August 23rd
from 4-6pm at the school outside Door 12. Please join us for food, fun, and friends! There will be a bounce house, games and time to catch up with old and new parents and staff! Also, enter to win an iPad Mini!!!

I wanted to make sure everyone was in the loop in regards to a menu change district wide for Elementary. The 19th and the 21st will be switched with each other.  Monday 19th will be Grilled Cheese Sandwiches or Hotdog. Wednesday  21st will be Corn Dog or Cheeseburger. 
The cold options (i.e. subs and salads) will stay the same. Thanks for
